Football Recap: Case Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Case can now relate to. They were outmatched by the Norwell Clippers and fell 30-0. Considering the last time the Cardinals couldn't score was back in September, the team can't take the result too hard.

This is the second loss in a row for Case and nudges their season record down to 3-6. As for Norwell, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-2 record this season.

Case will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Atlantis/Westport at 10:00 a.m. on the 27th. As for Norwell, they will challenge Pentucket Regional at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Pentucket Regional will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more points each contest than the last.
