Soccer Game Preview: West Campus vs. Burbank

The West Campus Warriors will venture away from home to face off against the Burbank Titans at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. West Campus' last four contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

On Tuesday, West Campus and Armijo finished up their matchup with a 1-1 draw.

Meanwhile, after soaring to four goals the game before, Burbank was a bit more limited in their match on Tuesday. They lost 4-0 to Valley. While losing is never fun, Burbank can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 621st, while Valley are ranked 137th).

Burbank's defeat dropped their record down to 6-5-2. With that draw, West Campus' record moves to 3-2-3.

West Campus skirted past Burbank 2-1 in their previous meeting back in February of 2025. Will the Warriors repeat their success, or do the Titans have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
