Basketball Recap: North Henderson Knights vs. Smoky Mountain Mustangs
North Henderson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They were beaten by the Smoky Mountain Mustangs 56-25. If the Knights were looking for revenge after losing 72-29 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.
Leah Jones was North Henderson's leading scorer, having posted seven points. Reese Smith held things down on the boards with six rebounds.
Aaliyah Voss was nothing short of spectacular for Smoky Mountain: she went 8 for 13 on her way to 22 points and three steals.
