Mayson Mingle Game Report: vs Mount Paran Christian

While Mayson Mingle delivered a dominant effort on Friday, a win just wasn't in the cards for Washington-Wilkes. Mingle turned in nothing short of a gem, rushing for 99 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only six carries, while also throwing for 150 yards and one TD. His longest rush was for an impressive 60 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.

Mingle and Washington-Wilkes will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Lake Oconee Academy at 7:30 p.m. on October 3.
