Basketball Recap: Alva Takes a Loss

Alva was the 48-44 winner over Fairview when they last played one another back in December of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Alva Goldbugs fell 58-48 to the Fairview Yellowjackets on Tuesday.

Alva has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-3 record this season. As for Fairview, they now have a winning record of 6-5.

Alva has already played their next contest (against Chisholm), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Fairview wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 66-51 win against Minco on the 15th.
