High Point Christian Academy waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They blew past the Wayne Eagles 9-3. The Cougars might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine games by six runs or more this season.

High Point Christian Academy got a great performance from HARRISON FERRELL as he struck out eight batters over 5.2 innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits. Those eight strikeouts gave FERRELL a new career-high.

High Point Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 14-5. As for Wayne, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-1.

Coming up, High Point Christian Academy will take on Pittsford in a tournament on Wednesday. As for Wayne, they will square off against Bishop Timon-St. Jude at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
