Volleyball Recap: Hendrickson Takes a Loss

Hendrickson suffered their biggest loss since August 26th on Tuesday. They lost 3-0 to the Weiss Wolves. The Hawks haven't had much luck with the Wolves recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-17, 25-17.

Eva Marie Thompson paced Hendrickson's offense, picking up ten kills. Thompson were helped by Kenna Braden and Kendal Roberson, who contributed 11 assists each.

Ashley Go was the offensive standout of the contest as she had ten digs and two assists. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last ten games she's played.

Hendrickson's defeat dropped their record down to 10-19. As for Weiss, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 28-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hendrickson will square off against Georgetown at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Weiss, they will welcome Lake Belton at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
