Basketball Recap: Water Valley Blue Devils vs. Houlka Wildcats
On Friday, the Water Valley Blue Devils came up short against the Houlka Wildcats and fell 64-56.
Elijah Foster was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 27 points and 15 rebounds for Houlka. Jerome Staton was another key player, going 5 for 11 en route to 13 points plus four steals and two blocks.
Water Valley's record is now 2-4. As for Houlka, their win bumped their record up to 5-2.
