Basketball Game Preview: Baldwin Indians vs. Interlachen Rams + Official Tickets

Baldwin is preparing for their first district matchup of the season on Tuesday. They will host the Interlachen Rams at 7:00 p.m. Interlachen took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Baldwin, who comes in off a win.

On Monday, Baldwin didn't have too much trouble with Stanton as they won 67-48.

Meanwhile, Interlachen was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap last Friday as they fell 48-42 to Bronson. While the Rams didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Eagles 16-11 in the first quarter.

Despite the loss, Interlachen saw an underclassman step up: freshman Lawrence Sharp shot 42% from the field to rack up 18 points and eight steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Yamez Hill, who posted six points and three steals.

Baldwin now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Interlachen, they now have a losing record of 1-2.
