Basketball Recap: Mifflin County Skates Past Midd-West with Ease

Mifflin County won the last time they faced Midd-West and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Mifflin County Huskies took their game with ease, bagging a 57-29 victory over the Midd-West Mustangs. The match was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 33-5.

Midd-West's loss came despite strong showings from D'Zani Coley and Brandon Ferster. Coley posted eight points, while Ferster had no points in addition to seven boards and six assists. Those six assists gave Ferster a new career-high. Logan Hollenbach was another key player, putting up seven points.

Mifflin County's win bumped their record up to 9-11. As for Midd-West, they are on a 14-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-19.

Mifflin County does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Midd-West, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 50-48 victory against Milton on the 13th.
