            The St. Thomas Aquinas Raiders will square off against the Bloomingdale Bulls at 1:00  p.m.  on Friday. The two teams have allowed few  runs on average (St. Thomas Aquinas 2.8, Bloomingdale 1.5) so any  runs scored will be well earned.
St. Thomas Aquinas is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup  on Saturday. They put the hurt on Doral Academy with a sharp  12-6 win. Considering the Raiders have won 20 matches by more than five  runs this season, Saturday's  blowout was nothing new.

Meanwhile, Bloomingdale won against Viera  on Thursday with three  runs and they decided to stick to that  run total again  on Saturday. The Bulls beat the Hawks by the very same score they won with in their prior game:  3-2. The  victory made it back-to-back  wins for the Bulls.
Bloomingdale also got a great performance from  James Osting as he  didn't allow a single  earned run while striking out nine over 6.2 innings pitched. That's the most  strikeouts  Osting has posted since back in April.
 On the hitting side, Bloomingdale's victory was truly a team effort as five different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was  Trey Baker, who  went a perfect 2-for-2 with one  run. That's the most  hits  Baker has posted since back in March.
 St. Thomas Aquinas is  on a roll lately: they've  won 12 of their last 13 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 27-6-1 record  this season. The  wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 10.2 runs over those games. As for Bloomingdale, they pushed their record up to 28-6 with the  victory, which was their sixth straight  on the road.
