Softball Recap: Stratford Takes a Loss

After flying high against Maplewood last Tuesday, Stratford came back down to earth. Stratford came up short against the East Nashville Magnet Eagles on Thursday, falling 21-6. The Spartans have struggled against the Eagles recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost meeting.

Stratford's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for East Nashville Magnet, the win also got them back to even at 1-1.

Looking ahead, Stratford will take on Pearl-Cohn at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for East Nashville Magnet, they will look to take advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they take on Tennessee Heat at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
