Preview: American Youth Academy Eagles vs. Foundation Christian Academy Panthers
The American Youth Academy Eagles will be playing in front of their home fans against the Foundation Christian Academy Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. American Youth Academy is out to stop a five-game streak of losses at home.
American Youth Academy suffered their biggest loss since November 29, 2023 on Thursday. They were beaten by Academy at the Lakes 79-51.
Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the most dominant came from Obaida Takrouri, who scored 17 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Adam Ibrahim, who scored 12 points.
Meanwhile, Foundation Christian Academy was the victim of a rough 56-32 loss at the hands of All Saints' Academy on Friday. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Foundation Christian Academy has scored all season.
American Youth Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 3-10. As for Foundation Christian Academy, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-9 record this season.
