Soccer Game Preview: Legacy vs. Bell

Legacy hasn't had much luck against Bell recently, but that could start to change on Wednesday. The Legacy Tigers will head out to challenge the Bell Eagles at 4:00 p.m. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Legacy managed to keep up with South East until halftime on Monday, but things quickly went downhill from there. Legacy came up short against South East, falling 5-0. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Tigers haven't been shut out since back in December of 2024.

Meanwhile, after soaring to six goals the game before, Bell was a bit more limited in their matchup on Friday. They lost 6-0 to Garfield. Considering the last time the Eagles couldn't score was back in December of 2024, the team can't take the result too hard.

Bell has been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-6-2 record this season. As for Legacy, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-6-4.

Legacy was able to grind out a solid win over Bell in their previous matchup back in December of 2024, winning 4-2. The rematch might be a little tougher for Legacy since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
