Volleyball Game Preview: Hoquiam Grizzlies vs. Montesano Bulldogs

Hoquiam is 1-9 against Montesano since October of 2016 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Thursday. The Grizzlies will head out on the road to challenge the Bulldogs at 6:30 p.m. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Hoquiam comes in on three and Montesano on four.

Last Thursday, Hoquiam got the win against Rochester by a conclusive 3-0.

Meanwhile, Montesano was able to grind out a solid win over Tenino on Tuesday, taking the game 3-1.

Montesano now has a winning record of 7-6. As for Hoquiam, the victory got them back to even at 6-6.

Hoquiam might still be hurting after the 3-0 defeat they got from Montesano in their previous matchup two weeks ago. Can the Grizzlies avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
