Soccer Recap: Salam Comes Up Short

Salam lost against Milwaukee Arts back in September of 2017 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Salam fell just short of Milwaukee Arts by a score of 2-1. That's two games in a row now that Salam has lost by just one goal.

This is the second loss in a row for Salam and nudges their season record down to 1-10-1. As for Milwaukee Arts, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-6-1 record this season.

Salam will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Dominican at 5:30 p.m. on the 13th. As for Milwaukee Arts, they will host Carmen Science & Tech South at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Milwaukee Arts will need to watch out since Carmen Science & Tech South has now posted at least four goals in their last three matchups.
