Soccer Recap: Lutheran/Calvary Comes Up Short

Lutheran/Calvary had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They lost 9-0 to the Athens/PORTA Warriors on Thursday. The Crusaders have struggled against the Warriors recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost meetings.

The win keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Looking ahead, Lutheran/Calvary will welcome Meridian/Sangamon Valley at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Athens/PORTA, they will hit the road for the first time this season to square off against Litchfield at 5:00 p.m. on March 27th.
