Soccer Recap: Clovis Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

Clovis took a five-goal loss the last time they faced off against Roswell, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Wildcats never let the Coyotes get on the board and left with a 1-0 win on Tuesday. The victory was some much needed relief for Clovis as it spelled an end to their five-match losing streak.

Clovis' win was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 3-12-2. As for Roswell, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-9.
