Football Recap: Huffman Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Friday just wasn't the day for Huffman's offense. They had to suffer through a 43-0 loss at the hands of the Mountain Brook Spartans. The defeat continues a trend for the Vikings in their meetings with the Spartans: they've now lost seven in a row.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Mountain Brook to victory, but perhaps none more so than Stuart Andrews, who rushed for 92 yards and a pair of scores. What's more, Andrews posted two rushing touchdowns, the most he's had since back in August. Trey Vinson also helped with two touchdowns in total.

Huffman's loss dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Mountain Brook, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season.
