The Faith Christian Eagles will look to defend their home field against the Lafayette Central Catholic Knights at 5:30 p.m. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Faith Christian fell victim to Tri-County and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They lost 16-0 to the Cavaliers.

Meanwhile, Lafayette Central Catholic also failed to score in their most recent game. They came up short against McCutcheon on Thursday, falling 15-0.

Lafayette Central Catholic saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Corinne Zehring, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base.

Faith Christian's loss dropped their record down to 1-19. As for Lafayette Central Catholic, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-18.
