What high school since 2000 has the most college football recruits and talent?

St. Thomas Aquinas (Fort Lauderdale, Fla.) is always in the discussion, and now, thanks to a All-Time Football Team Talent Composite ranking put out by 247Sports, we know why.



Based on the 247Sports rating system, which is based on college signings and recruiting rankings, Aquinas is the national leader by a wide margin.

Thanks to players like the Bosa brothers, 2013 graduate Joey — the projected No. 1 pick in the 2016 NFL draft — and current senior Nick Bosa — the No. 6 overall recruit in the Class of 2016 — STA racked up a grand total of 1,038.38 points, compared to 883.18 for runner-up Long Beach Poly. Another California school, Serra (Gardena), came in third at 802.49, but teams 3-14 all boasted scores in the 700-point range.

Clearly, St. Thomas Aquinas is the leader in the field when it comes to talent, though it should be noted that another Florida school, IMG Academy (Bradenton), in only three varsity seasons, sits at No. 5 in the rankings.
