Football Recap: Beaverhead County Comes Up Short in High-Profile Matchup with Bigfork + How To Watch

Beaverhead County faced Bigfork in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Beavers fell 14-7 to the Vikings & Valkyries. The Beavers just can't catch a break and have now endured four losses in a row dating back to last season.

CANIN CHRISTIANSEN threw for 232 yards on 18 of 27 attempts. HANK HAGENBARTH was his top target, picking up 64 receiving yards.

Treker Hickey was a one-man wrecking crew For Bigfork. as he rushed for 179 yards and a pair of TDs while picking up 7.2 yards per carry. That's the most rushing yards Hickey has posted since back in September of 2024.

Beaverhead County's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Bigfork, their win ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-1.
