 The Westlake Chaparrals will face off against the Johnson Jaguars on Monday. Both teams are coming into the  matchup red-hot, with Westlake sitting on  four straight  wins and Johnson on three.
 Westlake extended their postseason success on Thursday against Madison. They narrowly escaped with a  victory as the  team sidled past the Mavericks  2-1. Two seems to be a good number for Westlake as the  squad scooped up a  win with the same number of  goals in their previous game.
 They were led to victory by the tag-team duo of 
 William Fagerberg and 
 Christian Mezas, who scored both of Westlake's goals.  The pair have combined for a total of 24 so far this season.
 Meanwhile,  the matchup between Johnson and Vista Ridge  on Thursday hardly resembled the  1-0 effort from their previous meeting. Johnson was the clear victor by  a  6-2 margin over Vista Ridge. With Johnson ahead  4-1 at the half, the  contest was all but over already.
 Westlake is  on a roll lately: they've  won 11 of their last 12 games,  which provided a nice bump to their 18-3-3 record  this season. As for Johnson, their victory bumped their record up to 13-4-4.
 Westlake came out on top in a nail-biter against Johnson  in their previous matchup  back in January of 2019, sneaking past  1-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for Westlake since the  team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
