Soccer Game Preview: Flowery Branch vs. Greene County

The Flowery Branch Falcons will head out on the road to face off against the Greene County Tigers at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses for Flowery Branch and five for Greene County.

Flowery Branch lost 7-1 to East Forsyth on Tuesday. While losing is never fun, the Falcons can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia soccer rankings (they are ranked 275th, while the Broncos are ranked 129th).

Meanwhile, Greene County fell victim to Lake Oconee Academy and their airtight defense on Friday. They came up short against the Titans, falling 7-0.

Flowery Branch's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4-1. As for Greene County, their loss dropped their record down to 2-5.
