Softball Recap: Bradford Comes Up Short

Bradford lost against Milton-Union back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Bradford lost 10-4 to Milton-Union. The Railroaders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Bradford got a good showing from Chloe Elsner, who tossed 2.1 innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits.

At the plate, Hayven Evans was cooking despite her team's loss, going 3-for-4 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI. Another player making a difference was Addy Mills, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.

Bradford now has a losing record of 1-2. Milton-Union has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Looking ahead, Bradford will face off against Fort Recovery at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Milton-Union, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Newton Local at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
