After flying high against Duluth last Thursday, Brookwood came back down to earth. The Brookwood Broncos fell just short of the Winder-Barrow Bulldoggs by a score of 6-4 on Saturday. The Broncos' defeat signaled the end of their six-game winning streak.

Lorelei Sullivan and Kiersten Costantino stepped up to the plate in a big way. Sullivan scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-4, while Costantino went 2-for-2 with two RBI and a double. Sullivan also hit a double, marking her first of the season.
