Volleyball Recap: Nacogdoches Comes Up Short

Nacogdoches was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Coldspring-Oakhurst Trojans.

Nacogdoches' defeat dropped their record down to 5-11. As for Coldspring-Oakhurst, their victory bumped their record up to 7-5.

Nacogdoches wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Hamshire-Fannett on the 22nd. As for Coldspring-Oakhurst, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Pantego Christian on the 22nd.
