Plattsburg had lost three games straight , but after bumping their record up to 13-11 on Wednesday that streak is in the rearview. They came out on top against the Bishop LeBlond Eagles by a score of 11-6. For the Tigers, this counts as revenge for the 8-4 win the Eagles walked away with the last time they faced one another back in May of 2024.

As for Bishop LeBlond, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-9. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

For Bishop LeBlond's part, Sam Page made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and got on base in three of his four plate appearances with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run. Page also put up a double, which was his first of the season.

Looking ahead, Plattsburg will square off against West Nodaway at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Bishop LeBlond, they will face off against East Atchison [Tarkio/Fairfax] at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
