Willits lost to Technology on April 3rd, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Wolverines blew past the Titans 13-3. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Wolverines.

Corey Rockey made a splash no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out six batters over five innings while giving up three earned runs off five hits. Rockey was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with two RBI, one run, and one double. Those two hits gave him a new career-high.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Grady Cooley, who went a perfect 4-for-4 with three runs, one triple, and one stolen base. That triple marked the first that he has hit this season. Another player making a difference was Jayden Schlegel, who went 3-for-4 with one triple, one stolen base, and one run.

Willits always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .667. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Willits' victory was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 6-6. As for Technology, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 6-8.
