Volleyball Recap: Monte Vista Christian Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Monte Vista Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Palma Chieftains. The Mustangs were not able to make up for their defeat to the Chieftains from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

The loss didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Palma scored at least 21 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-22, 24-26, 25-21, 25-23.

Monte Vista Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 4-9. As for Palma, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matches. Monte Vista Christian will challenge Salinas at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Palma, they will face off against Hollister at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
