Football Game Preview: Dexter Dreadnaughts vs. Groves Falcons + How To Watch

The Dexter Dreadnaughts will square off against the Groves Falcons at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Dexter comes in on eight and Groves on seven.

Dexter is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They enjoyed a cozy 56-42 victory over Carlson. That's two games straight that the Dreadnaughts have won by exactly 14 points.

Meanwhile, Groves made easy work of Lakeview on Friday and carried off a 37-14 win. Considering the Falcons have won six contests by more than 20 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Groves' victory bumped their record up to 9-3. As for Dexter, their win bumped their record up to 11-1.

Everything came up roses for Dexter against Groves in their previous meeting back in August of 2021, as the team secured a 40-8 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Dreadnaughts since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
