Soccer Recap: Make It Four in a Row for Calvary Day

Calvary Day kept a clean sheet against Johnson on Thursday. They were the clear victor by a 10-0 margin over the Johnson Atomsmashers. It was an even better day for Alyssa Gibson as she scored three goals for her team.

The victory keeps them at an undefeated 4-0. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 37 goals over those four matchups. As for Johnson, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-9.

Looking ahead, Calvary Day is taking a road trip to challenge Jenkins at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Calvary Day knows how to get goals on the board -- the team has finished with four goals or more in their past four contests -- so hopefully Jenkins likes a good challenge. As for Johnson, they will be playing at home against Hardeeville at 4:15 p.m. on Monday.
