Basketball Preview: Dulaney Lions vs. Perry Hall Gators
The Dulaney Lions are on the road again on Wednesday and plays the Perry Hall Gators on February 7th. Perry Hall took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Dulaney, who comes in off a win.
Dulaney stacked an eighth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Monday. They blew past Chesapeake 70-41 on the road. Dulaney's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Meanwhile, Perry Hall came up short against the on Friday and fell 48-38. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Perry Hall in their matchups with the : they've now lost four in a row.
Dulaney has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 12-3 record this season. As for Perry Hall, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-6.
Everything came up roses for Dulaney against the Gators when the teams last played back in February of 2020 as the squad secured a 56-25 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Dulaney since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
