Basketball Recap: Central Comes Up Short

Central's last matchup with Park Hill South could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's game on Tuesday. The Indians took a blow against the Panthers, falling 76-36. The contest marked the Indians' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Central's defeat was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 4-8. As for Park Hill South, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-5 record this season.

Central will take on Fort Osage at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Central will be up against Fort Osage's rather soft defense (which has allowed 69.54 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Park Hill South, they will challenge Liberty at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
