Last Tuesday, everything went Bunker's way against Clearwater as Bunker made off with a 3-0 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Eagles.
While Bunker won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-14, 25-17.
Bunker can attribute much of their success to Maddy Dickerson, who had 14 digs.
Meanwhile, after a string of three wins, Couch's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They lost 3-0 to Winona. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Indians have suffered since September 14th.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-5, 25-15.
Bunker's record is now 10-6-3. As for Couch, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-6-2.
