Soccer Recap: Roseville Takes a Loss

After flying high against Mott on Monday, Roseville came back down to earth. The Panthers fell just short of the New Haven Rockets by a score of 1-0 on Wednesday. Roseville were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced New Haven earlier this season, when they won 3-1.

Roseville has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-5 record this season. As for New Haven, their victory bumped their record up to 4-9-1.

Roseville didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 1-0 win against Hazel Park on the 16th. As for New Haven, they will head out on the road to square off against Capac at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
