Middlebury and Milton are an even 5-5 against one another since October of 2018, but likely not for long. The Tigers will look to defend their home pitch on Tuesday against the Yellowjackets at 4:00 p.m.

Middlebury is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to four goals on Wednesday, they were much more limited against Bellows Free Academy on Saturday. They fell 2-0 to the Bobwhites/Comets.

Meanwhile, Milton kept a clean sheet against Winooski on Saturday. They blew past the Spartans 4-0. Milton might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three matchups by four goals or more this season.

Middlebury's loss dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Milton, the win got them back to even at 5-5.

Middlebury came out on top in a nail-biter against Milton when the teams last played back in September, sneaking past 3-2. Will the Tigers repeat their success, or do the Yellowjackets have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
