Basketball Recap: Veritas Academy Takes a Loss

Veritas Academy saw some tournament action on Friday. They fell 62-56 to the Manor New Tech Titans. Veritas Academy has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Veritas Academy's loss dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Manor New Tech, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-1.

Looking ahead, Veritas Academy will head out to square off against Hill Country Christian School of Austin at 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday. The game will give Veritas Academy their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Manor New Tech, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Navarro at 7:30 p.m.
