Soccer Game Preview: Wilson Christian Academy vs. Rocky Mount Academy

The Wilson Christian Academy Chargers will square off against the Rocky Mount Academy Eagles at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

On Monday, Wilson Christian Academy came up short against Hilltop Christian and fell 3-1. Wilson Christian Academy has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Their goal came courtesy of Lilly Hoskins, who's now up to two this season.

Meanwhile, Rocky Mount Academy waltzed into their contest two weeks ago with five straight wins... but they left with six. They never let the Spartans get on the board and left with a 9-0 win. Considering Rocky Mount Academy have won 12 games by more than six goals this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Rocky Mount Academy's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 15-1. Those road wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 22 goals over those three matchups. As for Wilson Christian Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-7.
