             Waukegan hasn't had much luck against Stevenson recently, but that could start to change  on Friday. The Waukegan Bulldogs are taking a road trip to  challenge the Stevenson Patriots  at 7:00  p.m.
 Waukegan is headed into Friday's   contest looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their third straight game  on Friday. They were  outmatched by Warren Township on the road  and fell  43-12. While losing is never fun, the Bulldogs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage  in MaxPreps' Illinois football rankings  (they are ranked 298th, while the Blue Devils are ranked 58th).
 Meanwhile,  you can't lose the  game if you win every quarter, and that was precisely Stevenson's strategy against Mundelein on Friday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that Stevenson blew Mundelein out of the water with  a  36-0 final score. The Patriots pushed the score to  29-0 by the end of the third, a deficit the Mustangs had  little chance of recovering from.
 Waukegan's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Stevenson, their win was  their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which  pushed their record up to 3-1.
