Softball Recap: Osceola Chieftains vs. St. Croix Central Panthers

Osceola was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They lost 14-0 to the St. Croix Central Panthers. Osceola was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as St. Croix Central apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in May of 2019.

For St. Croix Central's part, Lauren Lindus made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and only two hits over five innings pitched. Lindus was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run while going 2-for-3.

In other batting news, St. Croix Central got a big performance out of Faith Bonse, who scored three runs while going 2-for-3. Another player making a difference was Charli Nusbaum, who scored a run while going 2-for-3.
