Baseball Recap: Warren County Pioneers & Lady Pioneers vs. Spring Hill Raiders

Warren County proved they can win big on Tuesday (they won by eight) and on Wednesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Spring Hill Raiders, sneaking past 6-4. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Pioneers & Lady Pioneers have posted since March 27th.

Braden Whinnery looked comfortable as he pitched 3.2 innings while giving up no earned runs off three hits. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one walk in three consecutive appearances.
