McDonald had to kick off their season on the road on Tuesday, but they showed no ill effects. They blew past the Mineral Ridge Rams 3-0. The win continues a trend for the Blue Devils in their matchups with the Rams: they've now won four in a row.

McDonald not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Mineral Ridge to exactly 21 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-21, 25-21.

Mineral Ridge's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.
