Recap: Wren Hurricanes vs. Belton-Honea Path Bears
The Wren Hurricanes entered their tilt with the Belton-Honea Path Bears with nine consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with ten. Everything went Wren's way against Belton-Honea Path on Tuesday as Wren made off with a 78-55 win. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.
Abijah Franklin continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 28 points and 14 rebounds. He has been hot recently, having posted 18 or more points the last 14 times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Jeremiah Campbell, who scored 19 points along with four steals.
Wren is on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 12 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 20-5 record this season. As for Belton-Honea Path, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-14.
