Soccer Game Preview: Lynn Vo-Tech vs. Greater Lowell Tech

The Lynn Vo-Tech Tigers will head out to face off against the Greater Lowell Tech Gryphons at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Lynn Vo-Tech is coming into the contest hot, having won their last three games.

Lynn Vo-Tech's defense heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Monday. They came out on top against Swampscott by a score of 2-0. The win was all the more spectacular given Lynn Vo-Tech's disadvantage in MaxPreps' Massachusetts soccer rankings (they are ranked 231st, while Swampscott are ranked 97th).

Meanwhile, for the first time this season, Greater Lowell Tech was forced to settle for a draw. They and North Andover finished up on equal footing with a 1-1 draw on Friday.

Greater Lowell Tech's draw gives them a new season record of 4-1-1. As for Lynn Vo-Tech, their victory bumped their record up to 4-5-2.
