Basketball Recap: Naperville North Takes a Loss

Naperville North lost against Waubonsie Valley back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Naperville North Huskies took a hard 59-43 fall against the Waubonsie Valley Warriors. While losing is never fun, the Huskies can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Illinois basketball rankings (they are ranked 219th, while the Warriors are ranked 12th).

Naperville North's defeat dropped their record down to 9-7. As for Waubonsie Valley, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 15-0.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Naperville North will host Neuqua Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Waubonsie Valley, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Naperville Central at 7:00 p.m. One thing working in Waubonsie Valley's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last eight contests.
