Volleyball Game Preview: Page Pirates vs. Mount Tabor Spartans

For the first time this season, Page will have a chance to prove themselves in a conference matchup on Monday. After both having extra time off, they and the Mount Tabor Spartans will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court one another at 6:00 p.m.

Page is leaving town to face Mount Tabor after disappointing their home crowd in their season opener. Page came up short against Riverside-Durham last Monday, falling 3-0. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it four in a row.

The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-13, 25-12.

Meanwhile, Mount Tabor had to kick off their season on the road last Tuesday, but they showed no ill effects. They blew past R.J. Reynolds 3-0.

Mount Tabor was especially dominant in the first set. The final score came out to 25-10, 25-16, 25-20.
