Basketball Recap: Evangelical Christian Starts Season with Loss on the Road

Evangelical Christian kicked off their season on the road on Tuesday and hit a couple of potholes. They fell 70-61 to the Golden Gate Titans. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Sentinels of the 76-56 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in November of 2020.

Golden Gate has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Evangelical Christian didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 64-54 loss against Eustis on the 24th. As for Golden Gate, they have also already played their next contest, a 55-53 win against Seacrest Country Day on the 20th.
