Volleyball Recap: Sandia Prep Comes Up Short

Sandia Prep and Cottonwood Classical Prep squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Sandia Prep had to settle for second. They lost 3-0 to the Coyotes. The Sundevils haven't had much luck with the Coyotes recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Sandia Prep's loss dropped their record down to 19-8. As for Cottonwood Classical Prep, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 17 of their last 18 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-5 record this season.

Sandia Prep does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Cottonwood Classical Prep, they will square off against St. Michael's at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
