Kenowa Hills entered their tilt with Forest Hills Northern on Monday with four consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with five. They blew past the Huskies 11-1. Considering the Knights have won five games by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Jack Stoddard tossed a big game, striking out seven batters over five innings while giving up just one earned run off five hits (and only one walk). He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Kenowa Hills let Andrew Lake and Brennan Gustinis run wild. Lake went 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI, while Gustinis went 2-for-4 with two runs, one triple, and two RBI. That triple marked the first that Gustinis has hit this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Alex Menzel, who went 2-for-3 with two RBI and one run.

Kenowa Hills kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least eight hits in five consecutive contests.

Kenowa Hills' record now sits at 6-1-1. As for Forest Hills Northern, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-7.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Kenowa Hills beat the Huskies by a score of 11-1 later that day.
